Mixing hot lights and strobe

Been a while sine we've posted. Busy February.

Since I work in a facility with  TV studio, hot lights abound. Yesterday I had a chance to do a head shot for   a colleague, Kathy Rice. I decided to mix hot lights and strobe. Anyone want to guess the setup?
